1. There is no authorization number required. Simply send the item to:

2. Please make sure to pack the instrument correctly to prevent damage

during shipping.

3. Include a description of the problem.

4. If you would like an estimate, please let us know in writing and

include your name and contact information (phone, e-mail, etc.)

5. Please include your address for return shipment (no P.O. boxes). If

you would like your return shipment insured for more than $100

(that's our standard), please advise.
